Another good month for Real Estate Sales in the Upstate. In the Greenville MLS, we had 1562 sales for June - down from 1704 last June, but still a strong month! We are still facing historically low inventory which has slowed things down just a bit, along with interest rates which are again approaching 7%. The average price of a home sold for $376,500 in the second quarter compared to $364,300 for the second quarter last year. We are seeing multiple offers on homes that are priced correctly, especially in the under $400,000 market in certain areas of town. The growth in Greenville has been incredible and does not seem to be slowing down, making Real Estate in the Upstate, whether for a primary home or an investment home, a potential great long term investment!
Smarter Real Estate.
As an
independent real estate company in Greenville, our firm was founded on the principle that home
buyers and
sellers deserve the ultimate in personal, dedicated attention that directly translates into sales. After working for large national brokerages, we saw that fees paid by sellers were often eaten up by costs that didn't help sell homes. We realized that by shifting those fees towards
comprehensive marketing strategies, there was an opportunity to provide better service and better results for both home buyers and sellers, giving you state-of-the-art marketing and a team of dedicated,
local real estate experts that work hard to achieve the results you deserve, all for the same price as the big anonymous firms.
That's Smarter Real Estate. That's Carolina Moves.
