In July, 1305 homes sold in the Greenville MLS. This was the slowest July since 2018. The lack of inventory continues to bring down the total number of houses sold. However the Average sale price was a record breaking 383k with a median sales price of 320k. We are still seeing strong interest from buyers, but we continue to see sellers hesitate to put their homes in the market and potentially see their interest rate almost double.
